Music Career

Her first major theatrical debut was in Albert and I at the age of 13 yrs old. At the age of 16 she moved to a group called Pans People and was the youngest dancer in that group. At the age of 18 she joined Hot Gossip and got a top 5 hit with I lost my heart to a starship trooper. Maybe the most important time in her career was when she auditioned for a part in Cats, one of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musicals. At the age of 25 she continued to do more work for Andrew which lead to a song called Requiem.

At 26 she had the part of Christine in the Phantom of the Opera which to me broke her through into the music industry. Her voice is purely angelic. At 29 she releases an album called The Songs that got away with the help of Andrew LLoyd Webber. At 30 she she brings out a solo album As I came of Age.

A year later she is cast as Rose in Aspects of Love(another ALW musical) and then she releases four more albums. At 37 she brings out the album Timeless which is a big hit all around the world and has a No.2 single in the Uk and No1 else were with Time To Say Goodbye. This album has gone gold in the USA.

In 1998 she has just released a new album called Eden-which is definately worth buying.
